Reservation: Reservations for all tours and services can be made,
online, by fax 1-973-618-0336 or telephone
1-973-618-0049 or email fit@empirevacations.com To facilitate please use the following format:

Confirmation: All tours – except Niagara by Air –
are available up to 7 days prior to departure, reservations less than 7 days prior to departure will be confirmed within 1 business day. All Niagara by air bookings are on request and will be confirmed in 1 business day. All bookings will be considered final at the time of booking. Please note that a booking is only considered changed or cancelled when you are in receipt of a cancellation number. Receipt of confirmation or payment constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions of tour participation outlined below.
Rates and Payment Procedure: All prices are quoted in USD. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Reservations made prior to any price change will be honored at the rate that was valid at the time of confirmation. Payment is due
at the time of booking
credit card (Mastercard
or Visa) or by wire transfer drawn on our account number.
Escorted Tours:
Tour Prices Includes: Hotel accommodations,
and taxes.
Luggage
on tours by van is limited to one
bag of soft material 21
x 12 x 12 inches per person.
All sightseeing and admissions as indicated in the itinerary.
Deluxe air conditioned bus or van.
Services of a professional escort throughout.
All
tours are operated in
English, or Italian, or Spanish
(language must be
requested at the time of
booking)
Not included in Tour Price:
Any air transportation,
Insurance
- It is recommended that
passengers purchase
travel insurance prior
to departure
Optional services not included in the itinerary,
Personal expenses including but not limited to telephone calls, room service, liquor, or laundry
Tips to drivers, guides and escorts.
(It
is recommended to tip $
1-2 per person a day to
the driver and $ 1-2 per
person a day to the
guide )
Hotel Accommodations:
Rooms confirmed are
standard run of the
house rooms in the hotel
and with existing
bedding, any request for
baby cot's rollaway beds
etc, might be liable to
an extra charge. This
charge is to be paid
directly to the hotel by
the passenger.
Cancellation Policy: For all tours except Niagara by Air -
after confirmation and
up to 14 days prior to
departure the cancellation penalty is $ 100.00 per person. Within 7 days of departure full cancellation penalty applies. For Niagara by air tours up to 21 days prior to departure
$ 100 per person. Less than 21 days full cancellation fees.
Vouchers:
All vouchers for
escorted tours must
state clearly
information received in
our confirmation
including tour name,
date of departure,
confirmation number,
passenger names, and
room type.
Proof of Citizenship: All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. On tours traveling to Canada clients have the responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met.
General Information:
For the comfort and
safety of all passengers
the following conditions
apply: Smoking is not
permitted on the motor
coach. Stops are
provided en route. Seat
Rotation occurs at least
once a day Empire
Vacations, reserves the
right to refuse carriage
to passengers whose
behavior makes it a
hardship to the tour
escort to conduct the
tour.
Responsibility and liability:
Empire Vacations is an
independent contractor
that acts as a ground
operator for suppliers
featured in this
brochure. The
responsibility of the
operator is strictly
limited. The operator
does not own or operate
any of the services
provided including but
not limited to
transportation, hotel
accommodation or
restaurants. If the
services included in the
tour cannot be delivered
or there are any changes
in the itinerary beyond
the control of the
operator, Empire
Vacations, reserves the
exclusive right to make
any change to the
itinerary or price
without prior notice.
Empire Vacations is not
responsible if the tour
will not visit any sites
featured in the program
due to weather natural
disasters, late flights,
sickness, accidents or
any other reason beyond
our control. In this
event there is no refund
for services not used
including hotels. The
tour participant agrees
that neither Empire
Vacations, nor its
affiliates shall be
liable for any delay,
damage, loss, personal
injury, and death and
property loss resulting
from any action or
omission. Tour
participant agrees to
seek with any entity
providing goods or
services of the trip. |
